 Our Company was founded in 2007 by Zack Rhodes. Our compaany was formed and put together by Residential and Commercial appraisers to provide an HVCC compliant Appraisal Management Company that used quality appraisers for their clients.
It was our goal to pay the appraisers what was typical in their marketplaces to ensure that our clients were receiving the best available appraisers with the most acceptable turn times in the marketplace. Our efforts are guided by the Code of Ethics of the Appraisal Institute, compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), and the State Boards of Real Estate Appraisal across the country. .
